Description
In the centre of the infic flag is a navy blue chakra (चक्र, engl.: wheel) with 24 spokes. The diameter of the wheel is 3/4 of the height of the white stripe, but it is now common practice for the wheel to occupy up to 98% of the height of the white stripe.
